IAQG Authentication – Auditor Guides
Launching September 2026
You’ve earned your AA or AEA. Here’s how to make sure it carries forward into IAQG Authentication in five straightforward steps.
01
Use the same account you used to complete your AATT course. Go to iaqgservices.com/dashboard. If you’ve forgotten your login, use the password reset — don’t create a new account.
02
From 24 June 2026, a prominent “Apply Now” button will appear on your dashboard. You can also find it via the “Recognition” link in the top menu.
03
Enter your OIN plus either your OASIS User ID or the email address associated with your OASIS account. If you don’t know your OIN, log in to OASIS to find it.
04
Choose which of your active authentications (9100, 9110, 9120 — at AA or AEA level) you want recognised. Review your OASIS record first to confirm which are active and not expired.
05
Accept the IAQG Authentication legal terms and Code of Conduct. If any authentications expire during the window or within 80 days after it closes, pay the Annual Maintenance Fee now. Otherwise, no payment is due at this stage.
After the window closes, you cannot audit within the IAQG scheme until you complete a full new authentication application — which requires submitting training evidence, audit experience, and work experience records.
Use the password reset on the IAQG Training & Authentication Dashboard at iaqgservices.com. If you still can’t access it, submit a Support Ticket at help.iaqgservices.com before the deadline.
No. IAQG Authentication will track your annual maintenance fee due date based on the anniversary of your existing expiry date. Your current expiry dates are preserved.
Yes — during the recognition process you select each active authentication you want carried forward. Only recognized authentications will be valid in the IAQG scheme from September 2026.
IAQG Authentication cannot make any changes to OASIS records between 18 June and 3 September 2026. All recognised auditors will appear in OASIS from 3 September 2026 onward.
