Program Structure
Four days, plus the groundwork to arrive ready.
The online component must be completed before instructor-led training begins. This satisfies the IAQG’s Foundation Course requirement on the path to 9100 AQMS auditor authentication.
Day 1
Evaluation Criteria & Audit Planning
Bridge from the eLearning component, evaluation criteria, pre-audit and Stage 1 considerations, and audit planning.
Day 2
Conducting the Audit
Audit planning continued, auditing top management, process owners, and process trails, through initial conclusions, reporting, and certification recommendations.
Day 3
Reporting, Roleplay & Special Audits
Conclusions and certification recommendations continued, forms-application roleplay against a case study, short scenario situations, and surveillance, recertification, and special audits.
Day 4
Knowledge & Application Examination
A 1.5-hour, 60-question knowledge exam plus the application exam, interview, and continuous evaluation from the training.
