Through the use of interactive methods, develop an understanding of the intentions and requirements outlined by ISO 9001:2015 through a clause by clause review of the standard. Participants will learn the fundamental concepts, principles and vocabulary of an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Learning Objectives

Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose and intent of the ISO 9001:2015.
Demonstrate an understanding of the process approach and relate how it impacts the use of ISO 9001:2015.
Identify approaches to implement the amended requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Develop and utilize Turtle Diagrams.

Who Should Attend

Any member of an ISO 9001 implementation team.
New internal auditors and experienced auditors that have not attended training in over three years.
Representatives from key functional groups involved in an organization’s quality management system.

Certificate

Participation and completion of the course can earn a certificate of completion. Expires 3 years from issue date.
