• You have heard the term in your organization, and you are now in a position working with these tools
• You are coming from another industry and looking for an overview of what all of these new terms are all about.
• You are in leadership and looking to gain a conversational knowledge of these tools

 This class provides an awareness for the structure and hierarchy of the core tools without dragging you down into the depths of application and technical jargon.
