This one-day overview of ALL 6 of the core tools was put together with the surface level learner in mind and is the perfect introduction for anyone looking to understand the core tools at a casual level focused on major themes for each tool. This class is perfect for people in situations where:

  • You are in leadership and looking to gain a conversational knowledge of these tools

 This class provides an awareness for the structure and hierarchy of the core tools without dragging you down into the depths of application and technical jargon. You will leave understanding the intent and major themes of the core tools to assist you in having meaningful conversations with those actually applying these techniques and concepts in your organization. In effect you will be able to speak the language of these tools in the automotive context, all without spending 40 hours in complex intensive training.
