Understanding ISO 9001:2015

Course Description

Through the use of interactive methods, develop an understanding of the intentions and requirements outlined by ISO 9001:2015 through a clause by clause review of the standard. Participants will learn the fundamental concepts, principles and vocabulary of an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

• Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose and intent of the ISO 9001:2015. 
• Demonstrate an understanding of the process approach and relate how it impacts the use of ISO 9001:2015. 
• Identify approaches to implement the amended requirements of ISO 9001:2015. 
• Develop and utilize Turtle Diagrams. 

Who Should Attend

• Any member of an ISO 9001 implementation team. 
• New internal auditors and experienced auditors that have not attended training in over three years. 
• Representatives from key functional groups involved in an organization’s quality management system. 

Certificate

Participation and completion of the course can earn a certificate of completion. Expires 3 years from issue date.
