Participants will learn the fundamental concepts, principles and vocabulary of an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Demonstrate an understanding of the process approach and relate how it impacts the use of ISO 9001:2015.
Identify approaches to implement the amended requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Develop and utilize Turtle Diagrams.

Any member of an ISO 9001 implementation team.
New internal auditors and experienced auditors that have not attended training in over three years.
Representatives from key functional groups involved in an organization’s quality management system.
