The IAQG is an international non-profit association facilitating collaboration between aerospace and defense companies worldwide to improve quality performance and reduce cost, including through the development and promotion of quality management system standards and the Industry Controlled Other Party Certification system. In 2009, the IAQG was seeking to develop standardized auditor training that could be deployed in a uniform way by training providers worldwide. IAQG partnered with Plexus International to develop a full auditor qualification program that blended classroom and online components to maximize learning opportunities, improve global consistency, and reduce cost.
