Plexus International, in partnership with the AIAG, offers a gamut of understanding and implementation training courses and services on the Quality Core Tools. Successfully implementing the AIAG Core Tools (APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC) inside your organization requires an awareness and understanding of the scope and content of these documents. Supplier organizations are expected to show that they have implemented the core tools to achieve IATF 16949 certification and also demonstrate that their organizations’ quality management systems are operating effectively in conjunction with these core tools. Knowledge and effective use of the core tools is one of the most important mechanisms for an organization who wants to develop a robust quality management system, and consistently manage its key processes. Learn the skills needed to implement the APQP process, develop control plans and complete the production part approval process smoothly, efficiently and effectively within your company. Additionally, acquire the skills necessary to complete all five APQP phases from "voice of the customer" through final output, including control plan methodology and PPAP submission.
